It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad David Bates (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Hereford, Texas, who passed away on February 15, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Bates and Dianne Bates; his siblings, Dawn Jett, Marc Bates and Paul Bates; and his close friend Kevin Shrum. He was also cherished by his three nephews, three nieces, and two great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Chad requested a contribution be made to a charity of one's choice or plant a garden in his memory!
