He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend J. R. Brasher and Amal Brasher; his wife Pat; and his siblings, Mildred, Dorothy, Betty Jo and James.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Carter (Tommy) of Hobbs and Sheila Houk (Alan) of Waxahachie, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jasen, Justin, Tara and Kaime; and also Patsy George of Albuquerque.
