She is survived by: her son Merle Jr.; her wife Cindy Lewis of Seminole; her daughters, Mary Spurlin of Shawnee, OK and Staci (Bobby Duggan Sr); and also, Marvin (Patsy Lewis) of Hobbs, NM and Thomas G. Lewis of Hobbs, NM.
