It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Alice Reid of Hobbs, New Mexico, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Beverly and Mary Ellen Apperson; her husband Henry W. Reid, Jr.; her siblings, JB Apperson, Billy Ray Apperson, Douglas Apperson and Louise Apperson; and her daughter-in-law Gwen Reid.
She is survived by: her sister Imogene Hunt of Hobbs; and her children, Gary Reid of Hobbs, Randy Reid (Vickie Reid) of Hobbs, Sheila Roquemore of Hobbs and Dianna McCann (David McCann) of Hobbs. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
