It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Hamlin of Hobbs, New Mexico, born in Van Horn, Texas, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Carrasco and Mary Regina Martinez Carrasco; her husband Richard C. Hamlin; and her daughter Regina Marie Hamlin. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane K. Mejorado (Ray) of Hobbs, NM and Denise A. Irion (Derek) of Rio Rancho, NM; her grandchildren, Delilah K. Lopez (Bill Conley) of Roseville, CA, Justin Richard Wise, Haiden D. Irion and Zane E. Irion; her great grandchildren, Joshua Espinoza of Albuquerque, NM, Gabrielle Espinoza of Redding, CA, Solange Conley of Roseville, CA, Skyler Conley of Roseville, CA and Sean Collopy of Roseville, CA; and her great great grandchildren, Joseph Wise-Yanez and Brianna Wise-Yanez. She is also survived by her grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
