She is survived by: her husband Tim Woodbury; her children, Samantha Kozol, Gabrielle Evans, Jaxon Woodbury and Jace Woodbury; her grandchildren, Gadge, Tristan, Dallas and Donovan; her mother Dianne Cook; and her siblings, Allan Antcliff (Julie), Michelle Nies (Bobby) and Tammy Acosta (Alex). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
