He was predeceased by: his wife Estefanita Maes; his daughter Alice Jean Maes-Everett; his parents, Felipe Maes and Rufina Maes; his brothers, David, Henry and Reymundo Maes; and his great grandchild Skylar Vigil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosalie Vigil (Norman), Josephine Zamora (Kenneth) and Sandra Maes; his son-in-law Daniel Everett; and his grandchildren, Norman Lee Vigil (Abby), Thomas Vigil (Lisa) and Andrea Martinez. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and numerous siblings, relatives, and friends.
