She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Luther Miller and Martha Simpson Miller; her children, Phillip Glen Ratliff and Joan Dell Rumisek (John David); her grandchildren, Shannon Ratliff Kachurka (Brad), Jay Douglas Rumisek (Kimberley) and Julia Rumisek Riola (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Alexandria Lynn Kachurka, Lilah Dell Rumisek, Madeline Louise Riola and Mason John Riola.
