He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Whitlock (Mary Frances Whitlock); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Whitlock and Javier Lujan. He is survived by: his wife Gracie "Bunny" Whitlock; his mother Mary Frances Whitlock; his children, Brandy Holguin (David), Cameron Whitlock (Erica) and Destiny Whitlock; his grandchildren, David Edward, Michael, Sophia, Jayden and Myles; and his siblings, Debbie Cordero (Bobby) and Bobby Whitlock. He is also survived by several in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
