He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Pilley and Ella Dalphne Brown Pilley; his spouse Winone Bailey; and his siblings, Jim, Louise, Wanda and LaVonne DeVaney.
He is survived by: his children, Ted, Wesley (Shauna), John (Tricia), Buck (Brenda) and Beth (David); his siblings, Terry and Thelma; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Johnson, Cherry Mays and Becky Steman (Mark). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many nephews, nieces, family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church.
