It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Don Carter of Hagerman, New Mexico, born in Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Pat Evans Carter. He is survived by: his father Don Carter; his sons, Zakary Carter and Mitchel Carter; and his siblings, Danny Carter, Rodney Carter, Randy Lisby and Suzi Hoskins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
