He is survived by: his wife Neva McDaniel On (Millican) of Roswell; his daughters, LaTisha Beard of Albuquerque, NM, Vickie (Anthony Maxwell), Marie Fletcher of Roswell, NM, Charlene (John Woody) and Peggy (Kiya Moore); and his brothers, Kenneth, Cheryal Millican of Roswell, NM and Host. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In leu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's/Dementia foundation.
