She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kent and Ester Kent (Gary P. Shaw) of Trenton, NJ; and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sister Susan Cook; her nieces, Susan Cook of Scottsdale, AZ, Cynthia Cook and Maureen Cook of Prescott, AZ; her great-nephews, Gary P Shaw II of Fort Worth and Kent Shaw of Tolar; her grandson Tyler Ross (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Sterling of Tolar and Wyatt Ross of Tolar; her grandson Dalton Shaw (Kylie Hugg) of Richmond, KY; and her great grandchild Hudson. She is also survived by several grandnieces and nephew.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048).
