He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marez; his daughters, Lori Barela (Larry) and Theresa Marez (Carlos Candelaria); his grandchildren, Paul Leroy Martinez, Jessica Martinez, Josh Martinez, Juanita Herrera, Joe Jaramillo, Samantha Marez, Robert Marez, Steven Marez, Michael Marez and Ryan Marez; his great grandchildren, Jazmine Saavedra, Cheyanne, Shawn Martinez, Shane Martinez, Santiago Martinez, Kayden, Kaylee Martinez, Rhianna, Nicholas Elycio, Nya Herrera, Ilena Herrera, Saliesha Herrera, Ryker Saul and Jaci Jade; and his siblings, Bony Marez (Lucy) of Grants, Cecelia Montano (Wilford) of Grants, Edwina McCray of Fruitland, Prescilla Duran (Carlos) of Ocate, Leroy Marez and Viola Baca.
