She was predeceased by: her husband Joe T. Ray Sr.; her granddaughter Amy Delgado; her great grandchild Gabriele Amanda Ray; her grandson Joseph Ray III; her siblings, Silverio Lujan, Diega Lujan Garcia, Felipe Arsola, Juan Arsola, Apolonia A. Richarte, Manuel Arsola, George Arsola and Magarita Arsola; and her parents, George Arzola and Francisca Martinez Arzola of Gila, NM.

She is survived by: her children, Jose A. Ray Jr. of Silver City, NM, Francine R. Delgado of Albuquerque, NM, Teresa R. Gurr of Las Vegas, NV and Richard A. Ray of Silver City, NM.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
