He was predeceased by: his brother Donald H. Strange; and his son James Stephen Strange. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne McCauley; his sons, Mike and Jon; and his grandchildren, Jordan of Albuquerque, Bryce of Albuquerque, Josh of Albuquerque, Christian of Albuquerque and Dorothy of Lamar.
