He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Guillen and Guadalupe Guillen. He is survived by: his child Ted Guillen (Trish); his husband Steve Guillen; his grandchildren, Teddy Guillen, Christopher Guillen, Steven White Jr., Bryan Harper, Derek Harper, Daniel Montoya and Jessica Montoya; his great grandchildren, Jett Guillen, Emmery Guillen, Axel White, Julianna White and Genesis Baca; his siblings, Mary Harris, Rita Beltran, Herb Guillen and Jerry Guillen; and also Josette Guillen.
