He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Tom, Doyle, Wanda Black and Oneita Harris.
He is survived by: his brother James (Twila Moots) of Gallup, NM; his sister-in-law Jerry Hill of Oak Grove, MO.; his wife Evelyn; his children, Michael Moots (Susan), Kathryn Huntington (Dave), Carolyn Pape (Charlie) and Alicia St; and his grandchildren, Charlie (Jennifer), Ashley Moots, Jeremy Moots, Christina (Jim Singh), Jonathan (Sonya Huntington), Jessica (Bo Allen), Ryan St, Cyr and Meagan (Adam Mennenga). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
