It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Cervantes (Gallup, New Mexico), born in Grants, New Mexico, who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Cervantes; her parents, Jose Trujillo and Luisa Trujillo; her brother Arthur; and her children, Carlotta Jean, Ruthie Jean and Anthony (Mofe).
She is survived by: her sister Virginia Cortez; her daughter Dora; and also, Guillermo Lajeuenesse, Phyllis Blea, Andrew Blea, Irene Sena, John Cervantes, Veronica Cervantes, Steven Cervantes and Liz Cervantes. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
