He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marilyn Jake; his children, Patrick Sam Jake, Crystal Dale Jake and Jeremy Sam Jake; his grandsons, Zachary Sam Jake and Dominic Sam Jake; his mother-in-law Virginia James; and his mother Viola Whitey. He was also cherished by several brothers and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
