He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Ramsey; and his grandmother Elmira Smalley. He is survived by: his father Tom Ramsey (Elayne) of Comanche; his sister Tammy Muro (Joseph) of Las Cruces; his niece Angeline Muro; and his nephew Grant Muro of Las Cruces.
