He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hubert, Shirley Marshall, George and Margarete Walker; and his brother Keith Marshall.

He is survived by: his children, Brett Marshall of Albuquerque and Haley Marshall of Clovis; his parents, Tommy Marshall and Tricia Marshall of Fort Sumner; the mother of his children Penny Wylie of Fort Sumner; and his pet Baxter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
