She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Franks; her parents, Volney Bowen and Ora Bowen; and her brother Bill Bowen. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Elaine and William Bruce (Carol); her grandchildren, William David Lewis, Shannon Lee, Allison Tanner (Luke) and Jill Franks; her sister Eunice George; her sisters-in-law, Bobbie Franks (Donald) and Adie Achen (Tyson); and also, Cameron, Gavin, Collette Lee, Eli and Brett Tanner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
