He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marion Glaze and Gaytha Lynn Glaze. He is survived by: his wife Kellie Glaze; his brother Clint (Jessica Glaze); his nephews, Kirk Glaze and Tyler Glaze; his niece Taylor Glaze; his great-nieces, Jaylee Glaze, Shy Glaze and Kensley Glaze; and his great-nephew Shawn Glaze.
