He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrado Legarda and Leonor Legarda (Barreras); his wife Soledad Tovar; his siblings, Alfredo Legarda Sr. (Primo Hermano Y. B Morales), Rita Benavidez, Beatriz Pena and Lorenza Bencomo; and his great grandchildren, Izzy Rodriguez and Jacqulyn Placencio.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cecilia Hauoli of Las Vegas, NV and Ramona Giesbrecht of Atwater, CA.. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren; his 32 great grandchildren and his 5 great great grandchildren.
