He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnus Garlow and Mabel Garlow; his brother Jack; and his son James. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Thomas Garlow (Lynn), Gerald Garlow (Debra) of Tor and Susan Baker (Jesse) of Silver City; and his sister Pearl Oetjens. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
