She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Billings; her parents, Harold Bagby and Grace Bagby; her brothers, Harold Henry Bagby, Jr. and Edward Hale Bagby; her stepson James Billings; and her daughter-in-law Linda Billings.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold (Mary Billings) and Donald (Barbara Billings); and her grandchildren, Zachary Billings of St. Louis, MO, Holly Billings Arafat of Alamogordo, NM, Kristen Billings of Beijing, China and David Billings of Silver City. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
