He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Slusser and Ora Slusser; and his brothers, Larry and Stan Slusser. He is survived by: his wife Anita Slusser; his daughter Tamala Henderson (Mason); his grandchildren, Kalani, Tristan, Blake and Alyssa; his daughter Tracey Hughes; his grandchildren, William and TJ; his daughter Charlene Slusser; his grandchildren, Autumn and Ryan; his daughter Kimberly Slusser (Nick); and his grandchildren, Jadyn, Sierra and Rebecca.

Instead, the family requests that donations be made to Basin Hospice in his memory, honoring the care and comfort they provided during his final days.
