He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Abilene Godbehere and Wade Robert Russey; and his daughter Janice Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Janet Cordell; and his sons-in-law, Larry Cordell and Wayland Moore. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, four brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
