He is survived by: his wife Shirley Barber Raymond; his niece Penny King Ortiz; and his siblings, Irene Arviso (Ernest), Pauline Liddle, Anderson (Violet), Irvin (Nita), Leonard, Larry (Edwina), Tracy and Ned, Jr. (Brenda).
