He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bud Funk and Fran Funk; his wife Sarah; his children, Jessica Barela (Albert), Susan Herrera (Noah), Justin Funk (Allie) and Adriane Huff (Shane); and his grandsons, Lucas, Levi and Logan Huff.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the San Juan College - Henderson Fine Arts Building (4601 College Blvd, Farmington, NM 87401).
