He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Salazar, Sr. and Ruben Salazar, Sr.; and his brother Anthony Salazar. He is survived by: his siblings, Nick Salazar, Pam, Rosemarie, Tricia and Amanda; his uncle John; and his aunt Fran Velasquez.
