He was predeceased by: his parents, Tito Gallegos and Irene Gallegos; his siblings, Agapito, Raymond and Julia Gonzales; his parents-in-law, Robert and Irene Richey; his grandson Jacob Maestas; and his stepfathers, Ramon Lucero and Onofre Lobato.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Antinette Maestas (Eloy) and Colleen Chavez (Toby); his grandchildren, Jessica, Alicia Maestas, Veronica Chavez and Dominic Chavez (Krista); and his siblings, Tito (Peggy), John (Ruth), Irene Gonzales (Amador) and Nieves Richey (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
