She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Ward and Frances Ward; her brothers, Jack Ward and Rex Ward; her husband Donald E. Hyder, Sr.; her son Michael Don Hyder; and her grandson Matthew Hyder.
She is survived by: her children, Jace W. Hyder (Tammy) of Wichita, KS and Leslie Hyder of Galveston, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
