She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Cook and Susie Cook (Kirkendoll); her siblings, Kenny Cook, Lori Cook, Karen Shipley (Cook) and Barbara Oser (Cook); and her grandson Ethan Sullivan.
She is survived by: her brothers, William Cook (Bennie) of California and Gary Cook of California; and her grandchildren, David (Lany Cupps) of Aztec, NM., Heather Sullivan (Cupps) of Aztec, NM and Robyn Tachell (Patterson) of Colfax.
