He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne L. Johnson and Maxine A. Kiddoo Johnson. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Johnson; and his siblings, Howard (Carolyn Johnson) and Joan Cox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
