He was predeceased by: his parents, Germaine Brow and Oneta Ross Brow; his son Leslie Don Brow; and his grandchild Alexis Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brow; his children, David Brow, Hellen DeHerrera (Milton) and Teresa Hodges (Steve); and his sister Brenda Hadden. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
