Hazen Jr., Claude Hazen, Bernice V. Emery (Hazen), Lorraine A. Phelan (Hazen) and Merna M. Hazen; his children, Patrick Hazen (Karen), Lorraine Thomas (Paul) and Carleen Hazen; and his grandchildren, Phillip Lobato, Mary Lobato, Nicole Lockett (Hazen), Dion Hazen, Rachel Hazen, Jacob Hazen, Samantha Coday (Hazen), Chrystal Hazen and Kurt Hoekstra, Jr.. He was also cherished by many Great- Grandchildren.
