He is survived by: his children, Leopoldo Hernandez of Albuquerque, Evita Hernandez of Albuquerque, Kathy DeHerrera of Farmington and Melissa Page of Cache; and his siblings, Ismel Baca of Grants and Libby Baker of Cortez. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
