He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felipe Balderrama and Ramona Guerrero; his wife Bertha Martinez; his sister Guadalupe Balderrama; his son-in-law Francisco Balderrama; his brother-in-law Amado Martinez; his children, Rafael Balderrama (Maryann) of Cortez, CO, Felipe Balderrama III (Ana) of Pampa, Luz Bertha Balderrama (Raymundo) of Chihuahua, Mexico, Manuela Balderrama of Chihuahua, Mexico, Rosalia Balderrama (Juan) of Chihuahua, Mexico, Maria Balderrama (Jaime) of Chihuahua, Mexico and Irazema Balderrama (Francisco) of Chihuahua, Mexico; his brothers, Rosalio Balderrama, Rodolfo Balderrama and Francisco Balderrama of Satevo, Mexico; and his brothers-in-law, Manuel Martinez (Elva), Ramon Martinez (Maria) and Francisco Salazar. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
