He is survived by: his wife Emma Root Shipley; his children, Erieka Villanueva of Abilene, Alysha, Riccie Shipley of Eugene, OR, Jessica Shipley of Farmington, NM, Jailean Shipley of Midland, TX, Jamie Shipley of Farmington, NM and Erwin "Erv" Shipley of Abilene, TX; and his grandchildren, Ivory Rodriguez, Luis Caro-Shipley, Jaiden Estrada, Nixin Barnhart and Ezaiah Villanueva.
In lieu of flowers in Danny's name may be made to Cope Memorial Chapel in Farmington.
