It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Purcell of Farmington, New Mexico, born in Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Purcell and L. Mae Purcell (Sievert); his wife Beverly Fenske; and his siblings, R. Leone, Margaret and L. Wayne.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Sanger (Dane) of Redfield, SD, Douglas (Kristen) of Brookings, SD and Steven (Rebecca) of Urbandale, Iowa; his grandchildren, Joshua Sanger of Redfield, Sheena Krogman (Bryan) of Aurora, Jesse Purcell (Sarah) of Volga, Sarah Sanger of Brookings, Garrett Purcell of Urbandale and Grant Purcell of Urbandale; his great grandchildren, Amelie, Elliot, Harper, Aiden, Westin and Anders; and his brother Robert Purcell (Norma). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
