It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Rivera (Espanola, New Mexico), who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernestino Rivera and Anita Rivera; and his uncle Gilbert Rivera of Pojoaque, NM.. He is survived by: his uncle Alexander Rivera; his mother Sylvia Rivera-Engstrom; and his stepfather Robert Engstrom.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 6 PM - 9 PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home, Espanola. (NOTE: 50 persons at any one time allowed in Rivera Family Funeral Home and social distancing with the wearing of masks required for entry).
