He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Sanchez and Ruth Sanchez; his brothers, Orlando Sanchez, Paul Sanchez, James "Jimmy" Sanchez and Dennis Salazar; his great grandchild Angel; his nephews, James Sanchez and Juan Martinez; and his goddaughter Antoinette Martinez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eloy Sanchez (Debbie), Carmella Martinez and Lourdes Gallegos (Ramon); his children, Rebecca Quintana (Kenny), LeAndra Salazar (Jonathan) and Joaquin Salazar (Rachael); his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Melinda, Justin, Jonathan Jr. and Monique; his daughter Lorretta Salazar; and his pet DeeDee.
