She is survived by: her mother Magdalena Ann Garcia (Apodaca); her husband Edwin Chavez; her siblings, Ernie Garcia (Henrietta) and Corina Sanchez (Jeff); her children, Matilda Griego (Johnny), Jonathan Chavez (Patricia), Heather Sanchez (Kevin), Christina Chavez (Brianna Trujillo), Kevin Garcia (Vanessa) and Loretta Castillo; her grandchildren, Martin Griego, Irene Griego, Dionesia Chavez, Angelica Chavez, Mariah Sanchez, Angel Sanchez, Skyler Sanchez Abeyta, David Sanchez and Leanza Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Aliah Mendez, Miaa Mendez and Kehlani Sanchez Villalpando.
