He was predeceased by: his wife Erminia Pallares; his siblings, Ramon Pallares, Luis Pallares, Aurelia Romero, Alicia Lopez, Guadalupe Martinez, Manuela Madrid and Maria of Jesus Armenta; and his son-in-law Ernesto Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his children, Fabiola Gutierrez of Portales, Ray Pallares (Myriam) of Hobbs, NM, Jose Pallares of Portales, NM and Javier Pallares (Rachel) of Volant, PA.; his grandchildren, Zeke Gutierrez (Myra) of South Bend, IN, Moses Gutierrez (Claudia) of Portales, NM, Marcus Pallares of Hobbs, NM, Micaah Wold (Alex) of St. Hedwig, TX, Andrea Jones and Britany King; and his brother Monse Pallares (Julia) of Lovington, NM. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
