He is survived by: his wife Teresa Thetford; his daughter Meghen Howard of Portales; his siblings, Dan (Betty Howard), Kim (Jeanie Howard) and Ann; his brother-in-law Kit Pettigrew of Portales; and his former wife Teresa Howard of Rogers.
