Bertha Jane Light Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Jane Light of Elephant Butte, New Mexico, born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Vienna and Mildred Vienna (Wilson); her son Ira Kirkpatrick; and her siblings, Carolyn Broadstreet, Thelma Johnson, Otto Vienna and Otis Vienna.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Light; her children, Ray Kirkpatrick (Lena), Carol Kirkpatrick (Bud Harris), Jay Kirkpatrick (Angie) and Jim Howard; her grandchildren, Jillian Benda (Erik), Payton Kirkpatrick (Nicole), Cooper Kirkpatrick, Levi Kirkpatrick and Mistry Kirkpatrick; her great grandchild Easton Kirkpatrick; and her sisters, Inez Reed and Rita Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
