He was predeceased by: his parent Juanita Montoya of El Prado, NM.. He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Montoya; his children, Loretta N. Montoya-Duran and Julian A. Montoya; his grandchildren, John Michael Duran, Stephanie Duran and Cherrie Montoya; and his siblings, Arturo Montoya (Eufracia) and Cora Garcia (Rumaldo).
