He is survived by: his daughters, Feliz Danni and Arabella "Bella" Romnia Martinez; his mother Julia Martinez; his brother Allen Martinez (Leah); his nieces and nephews, Miranda, Jonah and Destiny; the mother of his children Joella Ann Montoya; and his godchildren, Daniel Mares, Deluvino "Del" Salazar and Alyssa Romero. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
